How to add an email signature to Gmail or G Suite

Click on cog icon in the top right corner

From the dropdown menu click on “Settings”

Scroll down the page to the “Signature” section

Click on the signature text area.

Right click and paste. Or just press CTRL+V on windows, CMD+V on mac
